Our apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and is situated right at the front of the Puerto Marina gated community. It is south-east facing and has sea views from the Juliet balconies outside both bedrooms, and from the large, south-facing terrace, which keeps the sun on it all day.
It also has panoramic views from our private rooftop solarium, which is beautifully furnished with easy chairs and sunbeds.
Our apartment is registered with the Murcia Tourist Board, and subject to quality checks by their officials. Our registration number is VV.MU.614-1.
The fully air-conditioned apartment comfortably sleeps a group of four or a family of five, and comprises:
- A master double-bedroom with ceiling fan
- A second bedroom with twin beds that can combine to form a double bed, and ceiling fan
- Modern bathroom with shower enclosure
- Modern kitchen with large fridge/freezer, hob, oven microwave and dishwasher
- Living room with sofa bed and 42″ Smart TV and BluRay DVD player, and a good selection of English TV channels
- We offer our guests free and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet

- We have an allocated parking space in a secure, underground car park
It is perfect for any family, couple or small group looking for a peaceful and relaxing beach holiday, with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, golden sandy beaches, and shallow, warm and calm seas, all within walking distance. It is also ideal for anyone looking for warm weather golf, cycling and walking all year round. It is not suitable for groups looking for all-night nightclubs or lots of bars.
